Pontoon Beach home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Pontoon Beach fell by $16,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $46,000 - a 26.4% decrease over the $62,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pontoon Beach in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Pontoon Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,040, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
