Swansea home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Swansea rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $145,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Swansea in September 2016.
