Shiloh home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Shiloh fell by $49,000 while total sales decreased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 18.9% decrease over the $259,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Shiloh in October 2016.
