Shiloh home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Shiloh rose by $54,000 while total sales increased by 88.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 30.7% increase over the $176,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Shiloh in January 2017.
