Shiloh home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Shiloh fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 5% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Shiloh in March 2017.
