Lebanon home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Lebanon fell by $60,525 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,475 - a 40.1% decrease over the $151,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lebanon in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,781, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
