East St. Louis home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in East St. Louis fell by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $10,000 - a 31% decrease over the $14,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in East St. Louis in June 2017.

The median sales tax in East St. Louis for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $543, approximately 5.4% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
