City of Lebanon City Council met July 15.

2. Discuss proposal to increase authorized spending by department heads from $500 to $1000.
3. Discuss location of tow yards.
4. Discussion of $5,000 emergency fund.

1. Discuss reimbursement for watering the grass for the Roger Dr culvert project.

2. Discuss Employee recognition
