      1. What should our process be for established business that do not fit into our current ordinances. Should there be a study made and then “Grandfather in” from date forward?

      2. Act on proposed ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGING OF WATER, PUMPED BY SUMP PUMPS FROM THE BASEMENTS OF BUILDINGS OR FROM OTHER PARTS OF PRIVATELY-OWNED LOTS, ONTO PUBLIC SIDEWALKS.”

      3. Act on proposed ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 34-86 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF LEBANON, ILLINOIS, TO MAKE THE OWNER OF PREMISES – WHERE THE WATER DEPARTMENT HAS INSTALLED A WATER METER – LIABLE FOR DAMAGE DONE TO THE WATER METER OR TO ANY ITEM OF RELATED EQUIPMENT.

      4. Revisit the Library District issue, including approval of new Resolution signed by the library and approval of the city resolution.

      5. Update on the lighted signs in the historic district issue.
