City of Alton Amphitheater Commission met June 25.

Chairman Stephan called the meeting to order at 4:30 pm
Present: Robert Stephan, Michelle Brooks, Dan Herkert, Karen Baker-Brncic
Absent: Brett Stawar, Jay Hollinger, Ruth Birmingham
Ex-Officio: none
Motion made by Michelle Brooks, seconded by Dan Herkert, to approve payment of $75,000.00 to Evntiv. Motion carried.
Discussion held regarding Bikes & BBQ and Fireworks Event, cancelled due to flood damage.
Discussion held on vendors and fees.
The next meeting will be held July 15, 2019 at 4:30 pm in the lunchroom at City Hall.
Motion to adjourn at 5:30 pm by Karen Baker-Brncic, seconded by Michelle Brooks. Motion carried.
