a. Introduction of those present
b. Administration explains procedures to those present
c. Review hearing officer’s report
d. Opportunity for Board to question administration and parent/guardian
e. Opportunity for parent/guardian to address the Board
f. Board President excuses all parties
g. Board deliberates and comes to consensus as to the violation of school rules
h. Recall all parties back to meeting to announce consensus and consider punishment
i. Board receives recommendation from administration and receives input from parent on appropriate punishment
j. Board president excuses all parties to deliberate punishment
6. Call to go into Open Session
7. Resolution on Student Disciplinary Hearing
8. Adjournment
