Edwardsville Community Unit School District 7 Personnel Committee met Sept. 9.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

The Personnel Committee of Community Unit School District #7, Madison County, Edwardsville, Illinois, consisting of Lelan Olsen, Katie Robberson and Jennifer Brumback met in person at 6:30 p.m. in open session at Woodland Elementary, 59 S. State Route 157, Edwardsville, IL 62025 on Monday, September 9, 2019.

Others present were: Deb Pitts, Board Member; Terri Dalla Riva, Board Member; John McDole, Board Member, Jill Bertels, Board Member; Dr. Jason Henderson, Superintendent; Nancy Spina, Assistant Superintendent of Personnel; Dave Courtney, Assistant Superintendent of Business Operations; Adam Garrett, Director of Student Services; Bill Miener, Director of Technology; and Carey Francis, Secretary to the Superintendent.

Roll Call: Olsen, Robberson, Brumback

Jennifer Brumback moved and Katie Robberson seconded the motion to adjourn to closed session to consider the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.

Ayes: Brumback, Robberson, Olsen The meeting adjourned to closed session.

The meeting reconvened to open session.

Jennifer Brumback moved and Katie Robberson seconded the motion to approve the personnel agenda as presented relating to the appointment, employment, compensation, dismissal or resignation of employees (see attached).

Ayes: Brumback, Robberson, Olsen

Katie Robberson moved and Jennifer Brumback seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the August 26, 2019 meeting. Ayes: Robberson, Brumback, Olsen

There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Jennifer Brumback and seconded by Katie Robberson.

Hearing no other discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 6:37 p.m.
