1. Present for discussion and to approve/disapprove a Special Use Permit request for part of the property (parcel number 05-19.0-402-016) located on the north east corner of East St Louis St and North Herman St. The request is for part of
the property to be used as a fibro optic utility substation which will require a structural facility.
