City of Lebanon City Council met March 21.

This council meeting is being call to discuss and approve policies or decisions concerning items that
are listed below:
1. Health Insurance/Dental and Vision plan selection for next year.
2. If city employee becomes ill, what is our process and how do we handle pay for that employee and those exposed
3. Procedure for employees needing time off for lack of childcare to include how they are paid, is there a limit to how many days total or per week and who is a qualifying person.
4. Vacation usage during reduced hours.
5. Approve the public viewing of the proposed budget. It will be published in the paper the 25th.
6. Approve the contract for TWM to do the engineering for the CDBG.
7. Discuss and approve COVID-19 process procedures.
