City of Alton Committee of the Whole met April 6.

4. Resolution, re: That the attached Ordinance pertaining to establishing a no parking zone in the 2500 block of Ida Street and no parking on the paved alleyway formerly known as an extension of Sarah Street be considered.
5. Resolution, re: The City of Alton Public Works Director has recommended that the City enter into an agreement with Everstream Holdings LLC and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to executed on behalf of the City of Alton the attached
