City of Lebanon City Council met April 20.
Here is the agenda provided by the council:
FINANCE
1. Review and sign bills
2. Seek recommendation for the authorization for up to $5000.00 for a protection barrier and installation at the service counter at city hall.
WATER/SEWER
HEALTH/SAFETY
1. Discuss/recommend the purchase of a “Medical Fogger” for use by the City to disinfect areas, including police cars, offices and storage areas.
PERSONNEL
1. Recommend a 3% pay increase be given to the City Employees and Supervisory personnel effective 1 May 2020.
2. Recommend we extend the current AFSME contract for a period of 1 year. AFSME is in agreement with this extension. If approved a formal letter will be drafted and sent to the Union for their written concurrence.
OLD BUSINESS
1. Discussion and recommendation concerning the pay structure of the Collector position.
