Q2 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 62249?

There was one offender released on parole during 2019 that lives in Highland zip code 62249, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Metro East Sun.

The data shows that the released offender was Jacoby D. Ference. He was convicted of a property crime in 2017, when he was 22. He is now 25.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
