Motion and second were made by Alderman Pat Baeske/Alderman Denise Williams to approve the April 1, 2020 minutes. The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
Finance
Alderman Frank Menn, Chairman
Bill List
Motion and second were made by Alderman Pat Baeske/Alderman Denise Williams to approve the bill list in the amount of $1,811,558.14. Motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
Law Enforcement
Alderman Pat Peck, Chairman
Alderman Pat Peck stated Chief Locke had sent the State of the Department report to everyone.
Alderman Bill Poletti asked if Directors would provide their monthly reports to the Committees/Elected Officials during the time that the Committees are cancelled.
