MOTION By Eavenson, second by Koberna to give the Attorney Settlement Authority as discussed in Closed Session tonight. ALL VOTE YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Koberna to adjourn the Risk Management Committee Meeting. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
