City of Granite City Council met June 2.

Mayor Ed Hagnauer called the City Council Meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
ATTENDANCE ROLL CALL: ROLL CALL: McDowell, Schmidtke, Jackstadt, Williams, Pickerell, Elliott, Mathes, Davis, Eavenson, Koberna, Deputy Clerk Gracey, and Mayor Hagnauer were Present. Clerk Whitaker was absent.
MOTION By Eavenson, second Koberna to approve the City Council Minutes from May 5, 2020. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Koberna to approve the Labor Day Parade on September 7, 2020 under the supervision of the Police and Public Works Departments. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Elliott, second by Davis to approve the Block Party on June 27, 2020 under the supervision of the Police and Public Works Departments. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By McDowell, second by Jackstadt to place on file the Monthly Report for Building & Zoning April 2020. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Koberna, second by Pickerell to place on file the Legal & Legislative Committee Meeting Minutes from May 5, 2020. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
