11 St. Clair County residents in their twenties tested positive for COVID-19 on July 13, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In total, there have been 413 positive cases reported in St. Clair County among residents in their twenties, accounting for 17.6 percent of all cases in the county. Through July 13, St. Clair County has reported a total of 2,347 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 144 of which have ended with the victim's death.
