Alderman Eavenson called the Risk Management Committee Meeting to order.
Eavenson stated that first we have a Resolution for renewal of City Vehicle Coverage, Cyber/Terrorism Coverage, and Drone Coverage that is up for approval tonight.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Williams approve the three Resolutions for City Vehicle Coverage, Cyber/Terrorism, and Drone Coverage. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
Eavenson stated that we will start the public forum.
Landlords, Residents, and Relators stated their concerns about Ordinance to amend section 5.142.050 to the Granite City Municipal Code.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Koberna to go into Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Williams to come out of Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Jackstadt, second by McDowell to come out of Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
