City of Edwardsville Cool Cities Initiative Advisory Committee met August 20.

3. Approval of Minutes from the January 20, 2020 Cool Cities Committee meeting

5. Old / Continuing Business
a. Successful efforts this year on mosquito abatement and public park applications
b. Update on BYOGlen-Ed and City ordinance
c. Update on Recycle Team aprons
6. New Business: Do we want to sign, as a committee, a letter regarding 2021 IECC Appeals Board?
a. Do we want to support solar installation for emergency facilities on new firehouse?
b. City Administrator agrees CC members on planning committee for above
c. Do we want to support gardening under Nexamp solar farm locally (study agrivoltaics)?
d. Do we want, as an organization, to sign a letter to the Governor about current information regarding public health and reusable bags?
