Lynn Clapp Mr. Clapp is speaking on behalf of the Human Relations Commission. The Commission is wanting to begin the process of reestablishing the seven ( 7) current members to make sure they are still current. There are three (3) potential candidates; however, three more are still needed to complete the Commission. He would like to present a slate to the Council He asked the Council members if they have potential candidates in their Wards for consideration. They are looking for candidates that represent the diversity of Belleville including the LGBQT community, religious and ethnic population.
The requirements are the following: most live in the City of Belleville or work or own a business in Belleville.

Alderman Elmore asked if the money is coming from TIF 3; Mayor Eckert stated yes. Alderman Anthony asked if these are all SUV vehicles; Mayor Eckert advised they are all SUV Police Interceptors.

Alderman Elmore referenced the nice press release from Jennifer Ferguson regarding the food drive.
Alderman Ovian advised Schnucks at Country Club Plaza participated a can food drive with the Belleville Food Pantry.
Alderman Randle stated that he and the Mayor had a conversation regarding giving the Belleville Food Pantry a monthly stipend from the General Community Assistance Fund; Director of Community Development, Leander Spearman advised they were given $10,000 last year; however, nothing thus far this year. Mayor Eckert% ill research regarding the CARES Act and if that money has not come through the money that has been budgeted can be sent.
Alderman Dintelman made a motion seconded by Alderman Ferguson to approve Motor Fuel Claims in the Amount of$10,965.63.

Discussion.
Alderman Randle asked if there is a positive trend with revenue numbers; Director of Finance, Jamie Maitret, advised these two employees are paid from the sewer fund. There has been a better trend for the April and May sales tax, waiting on June results.
