MOTION By Eavenson, second by Mathes to go into Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Koberna to come out of Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Koberna to give the Attorney Settlement Authority as discussed in Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Pickerell, second by Williams to Adjourn the Risk Manage Committee Meeting. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
