Meadowbrook Fire Protection District responded to 10 calls in 2018 - same as the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Meadowbrook included seven fires - six structure fires and one other fire.

In all, the department saw $264,000 in fire loss - or about $37,714 per fire.

The department also received three false calls.
