Alderman Jackstadt called the Economic Development & Negotiations Committee Meeting to order.
Jackstadt stated that we have a letter from Mary Gendron requesting to purchase two lots at 2900 & 2906 Cayuga to build a family home. She will pay the $20.00 lineal ft. price.
MOTION By Jackstadt, second by Williams to have the City Attorney draw up the papers for the purchase of the two lots at 2900 & 2906 Cayuga. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
Jackstadt stated that next is an Ordinance to Authorize Financing for the Lease-Purchase of a Fire Engine, for the use by the Fire Department of the City that is up for approval.
MOTION BY Jackstadt, second by Eavenson to approve an Ordinance to Authorize Financing of the Lease-Purchase of a Fire Engine, for use by the Fire Department of the City. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Jackstadt, second by Pickerell to adjourn the Economic Development & Negotiations Committee Meeting. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
