Alderman Elliott called the Economic & Negotiations Committee Meeting to order. Elliott stated that first we have a Resolution approving TIF reimbursable cost of Penny Lane LLC for redevelopment in RT 3 Corridor Redevelopment Project Area.
MOTION By Elliott, second by Eavenson to approve a Resolution approving TIF reimbursable cost of Penny Lane LLC for Redevelopment in RT 3 Corridor Redevelopment Project Area. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
Elliott stated that we have property on the agenda tonight that we are selling property at 2900 and 2906 Cayuga tonight.
MOTION By Elliott, second by Eavenson to sell the property at 2900 and 2906 Cayuga tonight. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
Elliott stated that we have a letter from Eric Carney wanting to purchase 2409 E 25th ST. Discussion about the property at 2409 E 25th St.
MOTION By Elliott, second by Williams to have the Attorney draw up the necessary paper work for the sale of 2409 E 25th St and declare as surplus. ALL VOTED. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Elliott, second by Williams to adjourn the Economic Development & Negotiations Committee. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
