City of Granite City Risk Management Committee met Aug. 18.

Alderman Eavenson call the Risk Management Committee Meeting to order. Eavenson stated that we would allow three minutes for citizens to speak about 5.142.050 Representative from the Realtors, Mr. Simpson and Cynthia state the concerns.
Eavenson stated that no action will be taken on this tonight and that we will meet with the Citizens later and discuss verbiage in Ordinance.
Motion By Eavenson, second by Mathes to go into Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Williams to come out of Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
Eavenson turn over to Attorney Konzen to discuss Windstream Int. Claim.
Attorney Konzen stated that he is asking for $3,000.00 to settle a claim with our previous phone system.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Mathes to give the Attorney Konzen authority to settle the case. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Koberna to Adjourn the Risk Management Committee Meeting. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
