City of Granite City Legal & Legislative Committee met Sept. 1.

Alderman Koberna called the Legal & Legislative Committee Meeting to order.
Koberna stated that we have a Resolution concerning no Parking Signs on Missouri Avenue and turned the Meeting over to the Mayor Hagnauer.
Mayor stated that we are having problems with trucks parking and stacking up along the road for a long time and not allowing other trucks to get into their destination, this is very dangerous and needs to be addressed, we gotten the permission from the state to have the signage added to the street.
MOTION By Koberna, second by Williams to Approve a Resolution concerning no Parking Signs on Missouri Avenue. All VOTED YES. All VOTED YES.
MOTION By Koberna, second by McDowell to adjourn the legal & Legislative Committee Meeting. All VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
