City of Alton Committee of the Whole met Oct. 26.

6. Resolution, re: That a public hearing be held before the City Council to consider the vacation of a unimproved alleyway northeast of the intersection of Washington Avenue and Wilkinson Avenue.
7. Resolution, re: That the City of Alton hereby adopts the Madison County MultiJurisdictional All Hazards Mitigation Plan update as the official Hazard Mitigation Plan of City of Alton and agrees to participate in the annual and 5-year updates to this Plan.
8. Resolution, re: That the city owned parking lot on Henry Street be closed on Saturday, November 21, 2020 for the Turkey Giveaway.
