Resolution, re: The Illinois Department of Transportation has increased the spending limit of Motor Fuel Tax funds up to $25,000.00 for municipalities with less than 500,000 population without requiring a public bid opening and formal contract in accordance with Illinois Revised Statute 65 ILCS 5/8-9-1, and that Section 1-13-9-2 (C) of the Alton City Code be revised.
l. Resolution, re: That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Alton the attached letter from Bluff City Minerals dated October 15, 2020 extending the lease Agreement with Bluff City, Minerals LLC through December 31, 2030.
