6.2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with L.W. Contractors Inc., for the Presidential Streets Stormwater Remediation-Phase 5 & West Presidential Streets Phase 1 project in the amount of $4,169,042.56, based on their unit price bid.

6.3 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Gonzalez Companies, LLC, for Construction Engineering Services related to the Presidential Streets Stormwater Remediation Phase 5 & West Presidential Streets Phase 1 project not to exceed the amount of $139,500.00, excluding potential reimbursables.

6.4 Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Sign a Lease Agreement with East State LLC for Real Estate Near 218 East State Street

7. ORDINANCES - 1ST READING

7.1 An ordinance of the City of O'Fallon, St. Clair County, Illinois providing for the issuance of not to exceed $10,100,000 general obligation bonds, and $5,600,000 general obligation refunding bonds, for the purpose of paying for the costs of certain public capital projects and costs related thereto, refinancing certain IEPA loans and paying costs related to the issuance of such bonds, authorizing the execution of a bond order in connection therewith and for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on said bonds.

8.1 Ordinance rescinding in its entirety and replacing Ordinance 4158 in the Code of Ordinances of the City of O'Fallon regarding Water Rates within the City, Rates for Fairview Heights, and Outside the Corporate Limits.
