12. Approval Of Actions Taken Under Suspension Of Rules At Prior Meeting.
a. Resolution, re: The Council of the City of Alton Illinois that the following described street(s)/road(s)/structure be improved under the Illinois Highway Code. Work shall be done by Contract. Milton Road 0.3 FAU 8962 from Worden Ave to Edgewood Ave; State Street 0.61 FAU 8987 from Logan St. to 9th Street; Fosterburg Road 0.53 FAU 9002 450 ft north of Culp Lane to 840 ft south of I-255. That the proposed improvement shall consist of application fees to East West Gateway Council of Governments for federal funding of the proposed projects under the federal STP and CMAQ programs. Required fee is 0.5% of the federal funds requested and is refunded if projects are not awarded.
b. Resolution, re: That the Council is in full support of the Declaration of Mayor Brant Walker that the Project Labor Agreement first approved by the City Council of the City of Alton in 1998 remains in full force and effect and shall continue to be honored in all respects.
