Village of Glen Carbon issued the following announcement on Apr 8.
The Village of Glen Carbon will be accepting applications for the Community Garden Plots just north of the Village Hall. This year three (3) raised beds will be made available to Village residents on a first come first serve basis.
Applications must be received by 12:00 P.M. on Monday, April 26, 2021
These beds will provide gardening opportunities for residents who might otherwise not have space to garden where they live. There will be no cost for use of one of the raised beds which will be available for planting on or before May 1st of this year. Residents may raise vegetables or flowers in their allocated space.
