b. Resolution, re: That a portion of certain streets be closed on June 13, 2021 from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., to facilitate the All Wheels Drive-In Car Show.
c. Resolution, re: That the Mayor and appropriate City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Alton the documents necessary to apply for a rebate with St. Louis Lighting Group and Ameren.
d. Resolution, re: Hayner Library and Friends of Hayner have requested the city owned sidewalk located outside of Hayner Library at 326 Belle Street be closed beginning May 7th through May 8th, 2021 to allow Friends of Hayner library to have a sidewalk sale.
e. Resolution, re: That the existing contract between Fred’s Towing, Inc. and the City of Alton, pursuant to Bid No. 2012-34 is hereby extended to May 8, 2024 with all prices and conditions to remain the same, per the bid specification.

Resolution, re: The East End Improvement Association, Inc. and Upper Alton Association, Inc. are sponsoring a Memorial Day Parade in the City of Alton and the City Council of the City of Alton that permission to close off Illinois Route 140 from Brown Street to College Avenue and from Washington Avenue to Clawson Street be requested of the Department of Transportation on May 31, 2021.
g. Resolution, re: That the attached ordinance regarding adding a Class I liquor license be considered.

13. APPROVAL OF ACTIONS TAKEN UNDER SUSPENSION OF RULES AT PRIOR MEETING.
a. Resolution, re: The City of Alton has been made aware of a project being undertaken by Illinois American Water Company (IAWC) regarding sewer separation in the City of Alton and that the Public Works Department, Police Department and Fire Department are hereby authorized and directed to effectuate the temporary closure. (APPROVE)
b. Resolution, re: That the attached Ordinance granting a Special Use Permit to allow the operation of a used car lot at 37 E. Delmar, Alton, Illinois, be considered. (APPROVE)
