COMMITTEE REPPORTS:

Streets/Alleys – Meet September 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.

1. Committee recommends approving the Lions request to pass out candy at Hwy 4 and 50, contingent on COVID rules in place at that time.

2. Committee recommends approving a request for Witches Nights Out to use both city parking lots on October 24, 2021 from 2 p.m. until midnight, contingent on COVID rules in place at that time.

3. Committee recommends approving a request from Victorian Holiday Celebration to use both city parking lots from 3 p.m. until 11 p.m. on Nov 19 and 10 a.m. until midnight on Nov. 20, contingent on COVID rules in place at that time.

Finance – MEET August 23, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.

1. Discuss and Approve bills.

Ordinance – Meet September 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.

1. Recommendation and action on a no parking designation for the east side of Perryman St from Belleville St to thirty feet to the south of the intersection with Patricia St. 

2. Present/approve the ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE CORONAVIRUS LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUND FOR THE CITY OF LEBANON, ILLINOIS

Water/Sewer – MEET August 23, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.

Cemetery – Meet September 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.

Health/Safety – MEET August 23, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.

1. Recommendation and action on a resolution to endorse and support developing and constructing a bicycle trail connecting Lebanon with the St Clair County MetroLink trail to be constructed along with the MetroLink rail extension from Scott-Shiloh Station to MidAmerica Airport.
