Collinsville Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Halloween in Collinsville
Collinsville Downtown, Inc. is hosting Just Treats No Tricks on Sunday, October 31st. There will be a costume parade at 6pm and a costume contest at 7pm, both in the City Plaza at 12th & Main Street. Many of the downtown businesses will also be handing out candy to trick-or-treaters. You can find more details HERE.
