On Aug. 31, Lauren Christine and Travis William Whittington purchased a three bedroom, 0.5 bathroom home at 58 Glendale Drive, Glen Carbon from Fredrick D and Barbara Edmonds for $289,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $5,193.40, 1.79% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Glen Carbon so far in August 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Barbara A. Edmonds has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries. Fredrick D Edmonds has been registered to vote since 1972 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
