On Aug. 16, Bruce A. and Barbara J Kessler purchased a property at 230 Keeven Drive, Highland from F K a Clinton Co. Rehab Center Community Link Inc. for $169,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Highland in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 230 Keeven Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Allen G. Korte, 65, Lorrain Ann Cousino, 67, and Jane E. Webb, 71.
