On Aug. 11, Jenny and Eric Daniels sold their one bedroom, one bathroom home at 506 Jaime Lynn Court, Edwardsville to Carol Dierkes for $250,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $4,190.92, which is 1.68% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $165,000 on June 14, 2013.

So far in August 2021, two properties sold in Edwardsville.
