On July 30, House Turners LLC purchased a two bedroom, three bathroom home at 12 Hickory Drive, Highland from John and Laurie Hug, Lisa Brave and Linda Beam for $275,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $4,517.16, which is 1.64% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, three properties sold in Highland.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 12 Hickory Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joann Marie Hug, 83, and Keith Delburt Hug, 84.
