On May 7, Trust Doris Hansen Second Amended and Restated Revocable sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 41 Crestview Drive, Glen Carbon to John and Justine Graham for $250,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $5,837.64, which is 2.34% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 13, 2018 for $199,000.

So far in May 2021, four properties sold in Glen Carbon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Wanda M. Pitra, 80, was the only registered voter residing at 41 Crestview Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
