The four bedroom, one bathroom home at 2465 Pontoon Road, Granite City was sold on April 21 by Terri A. and Ralph A. Koelker for $133,000. The buyer was Miyoschi Green.

This property is one of five sales so far in Granite City in April 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ralph a Koelker has been registered to vote since 1971. Terri a Koelker has been registered to vote since 1971 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
