On March 25, Thomas Comer purchased a property at 1312 18th St., Granite City from Jbn Properties for $53,600.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $19.24, 0.04% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, three properties sold in Granite City.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Valentin Garcia, 69, was the only registered voter residing at 1312 18th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
