The one bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 29 Southbridge Lane, Edwardsville was sold on Feb. 23 by Debra J. Smith (revocable living trust) for $400,000. The buyers were Carl W. III and Plesetta L. Clayton.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $8,856.32, 2.21% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2021, this is the only property that sold in Edwardsville as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Debra J. Smith (65) has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
