On Feb. 2, Dana Rigsbey purchased a commercial property at 416 St. Louis Ave. E., E. Alton from Steve and Carla R. Sitze for $50,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,313.88, 2.63% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in East Alton so far in February 2021 as of this publication.
