On March 24, Alex Vandygriff purchased a one bedroom, 0.5 bathroom home at 335 St. Rose Drive, Godfrey from Christina Paulda for $148,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,615.88, 2.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, 30 properties sold in Godfrey.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nicholas John Paulda, 24, was the only registered voter residing at 335 St. Rose Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
