In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $6,570.60, which is 1.62% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 6, 2017 for $310,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Glen Carbon in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Julie Ann Presswood has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries. Gary L. Presswood has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
