On Sept. 28, Vincent Lehr purchased a one bedroom home at 1200 Acton Ave. E., Wood River from James Johns and Judith M and Tracey L Staggs for $75,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2018 was $1,530.32. This is 2.04% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Wood River in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Judith M Staggs (81) has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
